Floorings

We apply special purpose floorings, both low thickness such as abrasion resistant, dust proof and anti-skid, and self leveling high thickness (up to 5 mm.) also of the antistatic conductive type.

We have experience of applications in garages, pharmaceutical and food and beverage industry.

Other specific kind of floorings are the anti-acid ones, both epoxy and polyester based, glass flake or glass mat reinforced.

Solvent free linings for the power industry

High build solvent free linings specifically engineered, are used to restore and\or preserve the functionality of vital components of the Power Industry, such as : condenser and heat exchangers tube sheets, water boxes, etc…

Abrasion resistant coatings

We can solve the problems of abrasion in Industrial Plants either with very hard coatings, or with elastomeric polyurethane coatings that  can solve the abrasion problems due to the rebound and energy absorption mechanism.

The coatings can be applied over fans blades, screw feeders, centrifugal fans, solids and powders transport systems.

Low friction coefficient coatings

The powders and pelletized solids clogging problems, can be effectively reduced by the application of special fluorine based coatings, with extremely low friction coefficient. The coatings can be used in the cement factories silos, in hoppers, in the plastic industry screw feeders, etc…

Secondary containment

The increasingly demanding ecological legislation, together with an ever increasing drive to the ambient conservation, has made of outmost importance the problems of  the secondary containment of  chemicals containing tanks. The containment basins are usually concrete made and the choice of  the lining has to take into consideration both the typical problems of with concrete coating and the need for an absolutely continuos and water tight  lining. The coating has furthermore to be able to withstand, for a limited period of time, the fluid contained into the tank, and be sufficiently elastic to exhibit a crack-bridging capacity.The above competing requirements have led to engineer high thickness plural layer linings, where each component has its own specific property. Our experience both in the concrete coating and in the anti-acid lining, is helpful in defining for each specific requirement the correct coating to satisfy the law conservation requirements.
