ANTICORROSION AND PROTECTIVE COATINGS AND LININGS FOR INDUSTRIAL PLANTS

We apply all kinds of anticorrosive and protective coatings and linings working on construction sites or in the plants, both with portable equipment and temporary shops.
We have a wide and long time experience in the surface preparation and application of protective systems for various industries: chemical, petrochemical, power generation, pulp and paper, pharmaceutical, electronic, automotive, food, waste water treatment plants etc…
All our application are performed under a careful Quality Control during the surface preparation and application operations, such as surface cleanliness and  profile verification, salt detection, wet and dry film thickness, adhesion testing, holiday detection, etc…

Surface preparation:

We have references and our own equipment for :

a) Dry blasting (with synthetic, and natural
    abrasives)
b) Vacuum blasting with complete dust
    containment and abrasive collection.
c) Grit and shot blasting with metallic
    abrasives
d) Wet sand blasting and slurry blasting
e) High-pressure water jetting (up to 1.500
    bar – 20.000 psi)
f) Ultrahigh pressure water jetting ( up to
    2.500 bar – 36.000 psi)
g) Vacuum reclaiming  cleaning and recycling
    of abrasives
h) Dehumidification, heating and ventilation
   of large volumes.
i) Dust collectors and industrial vacuum
   cleaners
j) Rotating nozzles for interior of pipes
k) Blasting with soluble baking soda

-      plural component spray

-      metallizing

-      fusion powder spray

-      tape wrapping for buried pipes

Applied materials:

In addition to the standard coatings application we have skilled laborers and foremen trained for special linings such as:

-  Solvent free epoxies

-  Fiberglass reinforced polyesters and vinylesters for FGD plants and tank-bottom rehabilitation

-  High build epoxies for the food industry

All of  the above jobs can be performed both in new projects and maintenance.
