DonellI Alexo carries out in its Cuggiono Plant internal lining of valves with FBE - Fusion Bonded P

Various options of Fusion Bond Epoxy available including:

• Suitable for contact with potable water in accordance to KIWA, AWWA, WRAS, etc...;
• Lining which is machinable after application;
• Suitable for contact with hydrocarbon fluids up to 95 [°C] in accordance to the most stringent end customer specifications such as SAUDI ARAMCO (APCS-102A, APCS-102B, APCS-102C).

In addition, we also carry out external coating of fittings utsing single layer FBE as well as Dual Layer FBE (2LFBE, DLFBE) with the option to add a final Abration Resistant Overcoating (ARO).
