Coating specifically developed for the protection of microchannel heat exchangers
The microchannel heat exchangers have a different design than traditional finned pack heat exchangers. In addition, the brazing process is different and the presence of horizontal tubes generates a greater accumulation of pollutants. All these special features have made necessary the development of appropriate and dedicated anti-corrosion solutions. Blygold PoluAl MC allows improving the efficiency and the duration of the heat exchangers, it reduces the risk of leakages resulting in malfunctioning and release of the refrigerant into the atmosphere.
The product has received an award at Mostra Convegno 2016 being included in the Efficiency and Innovation Path.
